The assignment to paint music allowed me to capture the feeling and sound of a Tuba Christmas I attended in 2019 at Pioneer Courthouse Square. I wanted to convey the thrill of multiple tubas playing in unison and the visual excitement of the pattern presented by all the different sizes and types of tubas.
