This painting is done in acrylic paint and is meant to capture a moment in today’s time. One visitor is chatting with a member of the house while the other visitor heads to the right. Both figures are wearing masks which is something characteristic of the pandemic. I aimed to show intimacy in this piece through the colors. The colors are light and pastel to give off a gentle, tender, and dream-like vibe. The bright orange pops out and leads the eyes down to the bottom left of the painting, following the more saturated colors.
