Sarah Fardanesh “Rosemary Plate for Dessert”

Hump form created by finding a natural rock, and humping a slab of clay that was rolled and smoothed out to imprint fresh rosemary to obtain my surface design. Hand sculpts the handles for an ornate effect while using an X-acto knife for clean cutouts.
