Dining Services employs more students than any other department on campus. Between the cafes and catering operations on each campus, we hire approximately 75 students per term.

Before arriving at an office to apply for employment, please have the following completed:

  • Application
  • Schedule card – (cross out times that you are not available to work)
  • EIF form
  • W4 form – You will complete at the Food Service office if hired
  • Social security card + valid photo ID (if US citizen)
  • I-20 + I-94 + passport (if international student)

Positions are filled based on scheduling and seniority. If you have not heard back from a supervisor by the end of the 2nd week of the term, your schedule did not match the open shifts available. If you applied for a term and were not hired for that term but wish to apply again for a different term, simply bring in a new schedule card (we will keep your application on file).
