Covers practical strategies to build and strengthen teams, foster a positive and collaborative culture, and navigate conflict effectively. Includes advanced mentoring and coaching techniques to empower teams for greater success.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Upon successful completion of the course students should be able to:
Implement conflict resolution techniques to navigate and de-escalate team tensions.
Apply coaching techniques using the GROW model.
Design and implement at least three team-building activities that measurably enhance team cohesion and collaboration.
