Course Description
Hands-on training in cleanroom protocols, safety, contamination control, and proper gowning/degowning. Build confidence to work effectively and safely in controlled environments.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Upon successful completion of the course students should be able to:
Successfully gown and degown (as per site specific procedures) before and after working in a cleanroom environment.
Distinguish sources of cleanroom contamination and how to potentially prevent/minimize the same.
Use hand tools to perform various tasks while in cleanroom environment
Assemble a project by following directions/outlined procedure.
