Course Description
Participants will work with Strengths Finder 2.0 (the most recent version) to become familiar with the 34 StrengthsFinder themes, focusing specifically on their personal top five strengths and how to apply them. Participants will also examine various leadership approaches aligning with their natural strengths, and learn how to select appropriately for a given situation.
