Course Description
Participants will learn the Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge in this instructor-led online course. The class format includes lecture, reading, interactive case scenarios and class activities, and practicing online test questions in preparation for the ASQ CSSGB exam.

The origins of six sigma, recognize why organizations use it and how to apply its philosophy and goals
Process management for projects
Techniques for data collection, process analysis, and creation of probability concepts and statistics
