Course Description
For employees of contacted organizations only. This AHA course is a renewal for healthcare providers, focusing on pediatric assessment and intervention skills according to current AHA guidelines. Pre-req: current AHA PALS card and PALS pre-test.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Participants who successful complete this course will be able to:
1. Participate as active and contributing team member or leader in adult emergency cardiovascular care situations.
2. Recognize the indication for and apply appropriate and effective interventions that follow current AHA PALS/ECC guidelines.
