Course Description
Narrative medicine workshop in which participants will learn and practice the 3 tenants of narrative medicine: attention, representation and affiliation. Includes didactic and small group active learning.
Intended Outcomes for the course
1. Learn the three tenants of narrative medicine: attention, representation and affiliation
2. Identify and develop skills in narrative competence: the ability to listen, absorb and be moved to action by stories of illness and wellness
