Guest meal voucher printing price guide

Printing costs for guest meal vouchers are no longer covered by Food Services. They are now printed by the Print Center. The printing cost will appear as a separate line item on your catering invoice.

21–40: $0.70
41–100: $0.60
101–150: $0.52
151 or more: $0.50

For orders placed with fewer than four days of lead time, the following rush fees apply:

$6 for orders under $100
10% for orders over $100

Please note: Catering deliveries and pickups may involve noise or activity that could be distracting. If food is located in the same area as your event, particularly during a presentation or discussion, you may wish to schedule a brief break for these activities to minimize disruptions to attendees.

Please list the menu items and quantities you are requesting. Be sure to include any dietary needs or allergens.

To request guest meal vouchers, specify the quantity, value per voucher, and expiration date.
