Day at the Capitol

Staff and students at Day at the Capitol, outside the Capitol Building

Join us for PCC’s 2026 Day at the Capitol on February 12, 2026!

This is your chance to travel to Salem to meet directly with state leaders, and show them why community college matters. Legislators want to hear how PCC has supported your goals, opened new opportunities, or made a difference in your life.

Meals and transportation included. More information coming soon!

What is Day at the Capitol and why does it matter?

Oregon State legislators meet with groups every day requesting support. It’s important that we meet with and educate legislators to ask them to fight hard for investments in community colleges. Increased funding means students will continue to have access to high-quality education and the support services they need to succeed. Be an advocate for PCC and help us urge legislators to invest in PCC students.
