PCC Study Abroad Program Opportunities
Students enrolled at Portland Community College have the opportunity to participate in a variety of study abroad program options. Programs fall into two general categories: PCC credit programs, and programs offered through our Dual Enrollment/Co-Admission agreement with Portland State University. To learn about each of these options and the specific programs offered, visit our programs page.
Scholarships and financial aid you receive while a PCC student can be applied to the costs of studying abroad; in addition, special scholarships specifically for study abroad are available. For details please visit our Scholarships and Financial Aid page.
For additional information, or to make an advising appointment, contact the study abroad advisor, Ali Garfinkle, at extension 7117 or by emailing email@example.com.
The first step to studying abroad is to attend a General Information Session. At least two sessions are held on each PCC campus term; at these sessions you will learn about programs, scholarships, and the application processes, as well as have time for individual questions.
There are no General Information Sessions during the summer. A list of Fall term advising sessions will be posted on this page in early September; if you would like to discuss your options prior to the start of Fall term, please contact the study abroad advisor, Ali Garfinkle, at 7117 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
