Submit a catering request
Submit your catering order form at least 5 business days before your event.

Confirm your order
We’ll send an invoice for review. Your reply to the invoice email, along with any required deposit, will serve as confirmation.
Let’s build your menu
If our standard menu doesn’t meet your needs, we’re happy to work with you to create a custom menu tailored to your event. Contact the PCC Catering Team at catering-group@pcc.edu or 971-722-4316 to start the conversation.
We also understand that some cultural celebrations may require foods we don’t typically prepare. If you’re planning a cultural event and need to bring in outside catering to honor specific traditions, please reach out. Our team is happy to discuss options and guide you through the approval process.
Are you a member of the public, or a PCC community member serving outside food to the public? If so, you’ll need to complete the PCC agreement for outside food.
