BH Micro-Credential Application

This application is for admission to the Foundations in Behavioral Health Micro-Credential program at PCC and will begin Spring 2026. Before you begin this application, please ensure you have completed the PCC General Admission Application.

In order to complete this application, you will need the following:

  • An application letter/letter of interest.
  • Your student ID/G number (if you are a brand new PCC student, you will have this once you are admitted to PCC).
  • Your PCC email address (if you are a brand new PCC student, you will have this once you are admitted to PCC).

Please be sure all sections of the application have been fully filled out and completed. All communication will be sent to your PCC email address (if applicable).

This application will close on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 11:59pm.

Students are admitted each term; therefore, this application will open and close each term.
