  • Online Learning offers training for new online faculty and provides support with the development of new online (no scheduled meetings) courses as well as major revisions of existing courses.
  • Instructors are required to complete the Online Instructor Orientation (OIO) before teaching a fully online (no scheduled meetings) class at PCC.

Course Design and Quality

The Instructional Design team partners with Deans and Faculty Department Chairs to help faculty develop, adopt, strengthen, and maintain high-quality online courses. We provide course design expertise, planning support, and guidance on accessibility, workload, and online course quality so faculty have the support and lead time they need to be successful.
