Providing Easy Access to Data and Information

    • Maintained web site of easy to use data tools and updated reports on such topics as Student Success and Program/Discipline Profiles

Upholding State, Federal and other Regulatory Reporting Standards

  • Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC)
    • Submitted quarterly and annual reporting files, FTE audit resolution, Voluntary Framework of Accountability supplemental file and SB 1520 report
  • Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS)
    • Produced nine reports and as institutional keyholder, verified and locked all thirteen IPEDS submissions

 Expanding Annual Program/Discipline Updates

  • Developed and added academic pathway filter to Tableau and Argos dashboards, updated training videos and documentation

Regularly Reporting PCC Enrollments

  • Provided weekly enrollment reports – Argos FTE by Reimbursement Code, FTE by Subject and Modality and FTE by Organization Code – beginning 3 weeks prior to start of each term.

Supporting Grant Development and Reporting Needs

  • Generated data for needs section of TRIO/SSS Grant application
  • Supplied data for HEPIS Waiver of Eligibility Application
  • Provided reporting support for select funded grants

Practicing Continuous Improvement

  • Updated online IE Data Dictionary
  • Added Data Request Form to IE site
  • Started IE Announcement emails for newly posted reports
  • Expanded IE data warehouse tables and IE Internal Spaces documentation
  • Created various new reports such as Student Success Summary and Students by Modality tool
  • Expanded disaggregated data by adding disability and veteran indicators to numerous reports
  • Created Tableau (licensed user) Dashboards for Pathway and Program Deans
