Funds for professional development (PD) opportunities for Perkins-eligible CTE faculty and staff are available through the Carl D. Perkins Fund for Career and Technical Education. Please see the “apply” tab for details.

*Please note that this list changes yearly because eligible programs can become ineligible or vice versa. In order to be Perkins-eligible, there must be an approved Program of Study in place with ODE between the CTE program at PCC and one or more regional high schools. Our process has changed and we will no longer be reviewing Perkins PD applications on a rolling basis. Please see the following important deadlines before filling out an application (linked below):

For all opportunities taking place between September 1st and December 31st, 2026, p​lease email perkins@pcc.edu with the name and website of the conference/event/training before filling out an application.​ ​

For all opportunities taking place between January 1st, 2027 through June 30th, 2027, please fill out an application. Applications must be received by October 15th, 2026. We will notify applicants of the status of their request by December 1st, 2026.

Going forward, we will have a set deadline for all PD​ requests for the entire academic year (more information about ​this deadline ​and​ a 27-28 application will be shared soon).
