Faculty and staff

D2T PCC Grand PrixWant to connect your students to resources or support in a meaningful way? If you coordinate an event that promotes student engagement, you can encourage attendance by giving students the opportunity to win prizes for doing things that are proven to increase overall success in college. Anyone who works with students has the opportunity to reward students for taking steps toward success!

Examples include: first-year experiences, learning communities, service learning, collaborative assignments, undergraduate research, diversity and global learning. etc.

How to create a Drive2Thrive event

If your event qualifies (see rubric, below), create an event in PantherHub and simply add the tag Drive2Thrive point earning activityThe coordination team has discretion to remove tags from events found to not meet criteria. After the event, you may be asked to provide a short post-event report describing what happened and how it supported retention and engagement.
