Annual Security Report 2025

The Annual Security Report 2025 (ASR) includes crime statistics for the previous three years (2022, 2023, and 2024) for reported crimes that occurred at Portland Community College (PCC) locations. It also contains policy information related to campus security, crime prevention, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking prevention, disciplinary procedures, and other matters important to safety and security at PCC.

On September 19, 2025, PCC’s Department of Public Safety posted the ASR 2025 on its website. On September 22, 2025, a Notice of Availability of the ASR was sent via email to all current students and employees, in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act. Commonly known as the Clery Act, this federal law requires colleges and universities in the United States to publish policy statements and crime statistics for certain crimes reported on campus and other institutionally associated locations.

An important part of Clery Act compliance is adherence to the Campus SaVE Act, which incorporates amendments from the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). The Campus SaVE Act expands the scope of reporting, response, and prevention education requirements related to rape, acquaintance rape, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. PCC complies fully with the provisions of the SaVE Act.
