Course Description
Practice in developing composition skills. Audit available.
Addendum to Course Description
The course is offered for three transfer credit hours and counts as a general education requirement and as an elective for associate degrees.
Intended Outcomes for the course
The goal is that speaking and writing skills will be extended, improved, and perfected beyond the level of second year Japanese.
Course Activities and Design
This course is offered only in Japan for students enrolled in the PCC study abroad program.
Outcome Assessment Strategies
The course grade will be determined by an appraisal of the student's improvement in speaking and on participation, preparation of oral and written
assignments, and attendance. Each letter grade has specific attendance requirements.
