Course Description

Examines general and specific men's health issues such as heart disease, prostate disorders, impotence and sexual dysfunction, HIV disease, human relationships and accidents/violence from a holistic wellness perspective. Audit available.

Intended Outcomes for the course

  • Recognize current significant men’s health issues in the United States Evaluate societal and behavioral factors that contribute or inhibit men’s health.
  • Use self appraisal and reflection to determine well-defined goals in order to achieve behavior change.
