Course Description
Covers skills that promote fitness and wellness for individuals and groups. Introduces marketing and self-promotion skills to build clientele using current industry marketing methods and strategies. Audit available.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Upon completion of the course students should be able to:
- Develop and implement an activity or event to promote fitness or wellness for individuals and groups.
- Apply effective communication strategies to promote oneself in the fitness and wellness industry.
- Market and promote fitness or wellness services using current industry methods and strategies.
