Course Description

This course trains participants in technical communication and reporting with a focus on clarity, structure, and precision. Uses real-world examples and exercises to improve writing and customer communication while reducing errors and rework.

Intended Outcomes for the course

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Produce clear, structured technical instructions that eliminate ambiguity and enable consistent execution across users.
Redesign existing workplace documents to improve clarity, precision, and usability.
Deliver professional customer-facing communications that demonstrate clarity, accountability, and credibility under pressure.
Evaluate written communication for effectiveness by identifying gaps in clarity, structure, tone, and precision, and recommending targeted improvements.
