Intended Outcomes for the course
Upon successful completion of the course students should be able to:
Create and manage project plans, dependencies, and Gantt charts in Microsoft Project.
Draft and refine emails, extract action items, and schedule meetings in Outlook.
Use natural-language prompts in Excel to clean data, explain formulas, and build dashboards.
Integrate Project, Outlook, Excel, and Teams workflows to automate updates and streamline communication.
