Course Description
Identify skills and apply tools to manage the changes and challenges of the modern workplace. Gain a better understanding of change environments and how to differentiate the emotional realities of change from the behavioral necessities of work.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Understand why there are no normal or abnormal ways of reacting to change.
See change as an essential element of the world to be accepted.
Better understand that adapting to change is attitudinal and strikes at who one is.
Recognize that one may go through a process of letting go of the way things used to be.
Identify strategies to help the acceptance of changes being implemented.
