Course Description
A Strategic Plan is more than a linear roadmap to highlight goals and outline what you DO as an organization. You will engage in activities to understand core components of strategic thinking and develop plans for how to apply those into your work.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Be better suited to integrate complex, non-linear strategic planning concepts by engaging
