Course Description
This course includes discussion, demonstration and development of technical skills covering safety, environmental awareness, equipment, welding processes, and essential variables of operation including; Oxygen and Acetylene, Electric-Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding.
Intended Outcomes for the course
The student will be able to define common terms, demonstrate correct setup and shutdown procedures, and assemble welding project as per specification.
