Course Description
Course designed to train employee teams to effectively identify and solve problems, reduce events, activities, and tasks that are unsafe, wasteful and/or redundant. By course end participants will be able to: Take a personal role in identifying opportunities for improvement ; Effectively communicate these opportunities within a team ; Apply the correct tools to identify, analyze, solve and evaluate problems, causes, solutions and countermeasures for continuous improvement.
