By the end of the session, attendees will be better able to: Identify, manage, and collaborate with project stakeholders, Analyze risk associated with healthcare-oriented projects such as patient care, logistics, compliance, and cost reduction, Translate project goals into work, suitable for tracking with project management software, Proactively identify a project�s critical path and other management challenges, Report project progress using meaningful metrics, Choose appropriate tools from the project management toolbox
