Course Description
Disrespectful behavior in the team or organization will come to a halt. Team members will discuss and adopt a code of mutual respect. Disagreements or grievances will be handled in a firm, open and respectful manner. People in the organization will feel safe. Because of the respectful climate, productivity will thrive.
