Course Description
Identify, manage and collaborate with project stakeholders: Analyze risk associated with manufacturing-oriented projects such as new product introduction, waste reduction, maintenance, and capacity expansion. Translate project goals into work, suitable for tracking with project management software. Proactively identify a project's critical path and other management challenges. Report project progress using meaningful metric. Choose appropriate tools from the project management toolbox
