Course Description
Learn consequences of pathology, applied to health maintenance, acute/chronic conditions, compliance and efficacy. Symptoms of insufficiency, excess and impaired metabolism for musculoskeletal, nervous, lymphatic, integumentary systems. Supplements, herbs, medicinal food products, extracts, fractionated products, & environmental influence covered.
Intended Outcomes for the course
- Analyze client, nutrient related, pathologies and common symptoms relative to their involvement in diet and deficiency conditions
- Develop client recommendations based on the pathology of their body’s structure and nervous system impairments and requirements
- Examine and convey the consequences of client pathologies, and the impact on the client’s health maintenance, acute and chronic conditions, compliance and efficacy
