Course Description
Participants develop competence in the coaching model, learning coaching skills to accelerate the development of your employees by increasing their enthusiasm, involvement, and commitment to your organization. Effective coaching will increase productivity and profits, reduce the number of costly sick days, and help retain your best staff members. Each participant will be required to coach a peer.
