Program and implement primary components of group fitness classes

Create Group fitness lesson planning, and choreography, and for teaching demonstrations.

Provide Exercise selection and modifications in group instruction.

Apply safety and risk management in group fitness programs.

Implement methodology relating to monitoring intensity, music selection, cueing, formats, styles, and creating a positive group dynamic.
- Provide critical analysis of group fitness instructors in live classes and on video.
- Discuss current trends in group fitness, including certification and employment.
