BP 2330 Quorum and Voting
A quorum of the Board of Education shall consist of a majority of Board of Directors members. The affirmative vote of the majority of members of the Board of Directors is required to transact any business. Four members shall constitute a quorum of the Board. In the absence of a quorum, the only business that can be transacted is to take measures to obtain a quorum, to fix the time at which to adjourn, and to adjourn or take a recess.
