Gender-Based and Sexual Misconduct Board Policy – B 216

The PCC Title IX policy creates an environment free from all forms of discrimination based on sex, gender, gender expression and actual or perceived gender identity or sexual orientation, gender identity and sex-based discrimination.

This policy defines community expectations and establishes a mechanism for determining when those expectations have been violated.

The College strives to create an environment that is safe for all.

The Board of Directors approved and adopted the Portland Community College Gender-Based and Sexual Misconduct Policy in order to comply with Federal Title IX, the Violence Against Women Act and Clery Act requirements.
