Student Council Meetings

ASPCC Student Council meetings are an opportunity for students to participate in the governance of the organization, stay informed about ongoing initiatives, and help shape decisions that affect the student community. Meetings are open to the public, and agendas and minutes are made available to promote transparency and provide a record of the Council’s work. Below, you’ll find upcoming and past public meetings, along with links to meeting agendas and minutes.

Meeting Minutes and Agendas

Meeting agendas and minutes help promote transparency, accountability, and continuity in Student Council. Agendas provide a window into the issues and decisions under consideration, while meeting minutes preserve a record of the Council’s work for current and future students. Together, they ensure that students and community members can stay informed about Council activities and that its history remains accessible for years to come.

Meeting/Student Representation Requests

The ASPCC Request Form is a way for students, campus groups, and community partners to connect with the ASPCC Student Council and Student Trustee. Use the form to request Council or Student Trustee attendance at an event or activity, request time on the Council agenda, seek student representation on a committee, or submit another request for Council consideration. Agenda requests must be submitted at least seven days before the meeting date. After submitting a request, you will receive a confirmation email with information about next steps.
