Where do I get my books and materials?

Visit the Online Learning bookstore to select your books. (The Sylvania Campus bookstore is our largest store, and it houses our warehouse. As a result, all Online Learning materials are mailed from this location.)

What if there is no book listed for my course?

Check with your instructor or view your course in the class schedule for more information about the books and materials required for your course.

Do you ship anywhere in the US?

We ship to any street address in the US through UPS. However, if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or have an APO address, your process is a little different. See the “do you ship overseas” section for more information.

Also, we cannot ship to PO boxes. You can use your home, work, or a friend’s address, or contact us for assistance at 971-722-4715 or sybkstrorder@pcc.edu.

Do you ship overseas?

We ship overseas through the United States Postal Service. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses. There are additional shipping charges for sending packages to these and international addresses. We cannot use FedEx or any other carrier for international shipping.

When shipping, we collect and package your books and materials to obtain an accurate weight of the box. Once we have the weight, we get a shipping quote and contact you with the amount. Don’t worry – we won’t process your shipment without verbal or electronic approval from you.

Can I return my books?

Yes. To receive a full refund, minus the shipping and handling charges, arrange to have your books returned by the end of the first week of classes. Include your packing slip and mail your package to:

Your refund will be processed to your original form of payment. We do not pay return shipping. Books that are damaged or removed from their original wrappings will not be returned at the full new value. Review our textbook return policy for more information.

Is buyback offered online?

Yes! We work with a nationwide book vendor to process buyback online at any time. Visit the online buyback website for more information and to begin your transaction.

Do you offer digital textbooks?

Yes. Visit our digital textbook retailer to browse the titles we offer digitally.

Can online students rent textbooks?

Yes. Note that you are responsible for returning your rental books by the due date on your rental agreement. If you would like to return your rental books via mail, please send them to:

Include the name and PCC ID number of the person that rented the books in the package. We cannot process a rental return without this information, and you will be charged the replacement value of the book.

Are there other options for discounted textbooks?

Yes. Campus Marketplace lets students list books for sale and negotiate prices and terms with one another. You might be able to find a student willing to ship a book to you at a great price.
