Vision:
Portland Community College will be a leader in offering learning opportunities to our diverse community in a rich international context, using an integrated approach to advance intercultural competence, a deep, comparative knowledge of peoples and cultures, and a recognition of the impact of global issues on the lives of the members of our community.
Mission:
Through the Internationalization Initiative Portland Community College provides multiple opportunities and services to help all members of our college community develop the ability to communicate effectively, to understand deeply and to analyze critically their place in a complex interconnected world.
