Payment Due Dates
Full payment or college approved financial arrangements must be completed by the payment due date. If you enroll after that date, payment is due immediately.

Important: Do not count on the college to remove you from classes - it may not happen. It is up to you to manage your own schedule and drop any courses you will be unable to attend.
Late Payment
One or more of the following measures will be taken if your payment is late:
- Deletion of your course registration (beginning Summer 2012)
- A Late Fee for up to 10% of your unpaid tuition and fees
- A Financial Hold restricting access to future registration and transcripts
- Collection of your unpaid balance by an outside agency (may also be subject to collection charges, attorney fees, and garnisheeing of wages)
Payment Methods
Students may pay their account balance in full using any of the following payment methods or set up a college account payment plan via MyPCC.
- Online via PCC-Pay: E-check or bankcard (Visa & MasterCard)
- In-person at any campus business office: cash, check or bankcard
- By mail: send to the Business Office SY CC 210 at the above address; check only
Payment Restrictions
The college does not accept checks drawn on bank accounts outside of the U.S.A., or payments in excess of the student's account balance. Payments by wire and ACH must be pre-arranged with the accounts receivable office. Payments for less than the full amount due will not be accepted.
