Course Description
Improves fitness through self-paced walking programs designed to increase the frequency and duration of regular workouts. Incorporate a walking program into a total fitness program for future use. Recommended: Beginning Fitness and Walking or average fitness level.Addendum to Course Description
Student provides appropriate sport clothing activity. Sport shoes designed walking are required.Intended Outcomes for the course
