Course Description
Cardiopulmonary and strength fitness are maintained/improved through the use of multiple weight and aerobic stations, based on a structured time and rotation system.
Addendum to Course Description
Participants alternate between weight and aerobic stations as they work through the system. A variety of workout stations make up the circuit. Students are expected to warm up and cool down. Flexible class hours are available. Self testing for participants may be offered as a part of this class.
