Constitution Day


Join Portland Community College (PCC) in celebrating Constitution Day on Sep 17, 2023. This is a time to reflect on the many freedoms guaranteed us by the Constitution. Come by PCC Library to get free copies of the booklet The U.S. Constitution and Fascinating Facts About it.

Preamble to the Constitution:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to peaceably assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
