EAC Curriculum Committee
About the committee
The Curriculum Committee is a subcommittee of the Educational Advisory Council (EAC). It reviews and makes recommendations on new courses and revisions to existing course (changes to course Titles, Numbers, Credits and/or Contact Hours, Descriptions and Prerequisites, Outcomes) as well as Gen Ed, Tranfer List and Cultural Diverstiry designations, and embedded related instruction. The comittee is comprised entirely of facutly. New course and course revision requests submitted to the Curriculum Office are reviewed and recommended to the administration, and reported to the EAC. The overall academic integrity of the college's course offerings is the committee's first responsibility.
