Hello students!
This week we will continue learning about the beautiful state of Oregon.
The 5th of the Seven Wonders of Oregon: Smith Rock
- Read about Smith Rock
- Answer the comprehension questions.
- Email Margi & your classmates your answer to the Writing Question. The question is at the end of the reading: Some people believe in spirit animals. They guide and protect us in life. Write 3 or 4 sentences. Which animal is special to you? Why? (Your answer to this question is graded homework)
- Respond to each of your classmate’s Emails with two questions about what they wrote (use Reply All)
- Answer each of your classmates’ questions

- Visit our Class Padlet to write about Smith Rock We are all excited to learn more about you!
- Please ask a classmate or two a question about what they wrote.
- Answer the questions your classmates ask you.
- This week, we will practice recording our answers with video on your phone or computer!
- Your answers and participation on the Padlet are graded homework.
- For each column in Padlet, you will need to start a new comment to answer the questions. Remember to write your name. You will need to add pictures. Look at our class website from Week 2 with instructions for how to add photos.
