Happy Friday!
Here are the slides from today.
CALL: Digital Navigator: MFA; PCC e-mail; Writing Our Stories, p. 13. English practice
We went to the computer lab. You logged into my.pcc.edu. Write down your password! We will do this every week. You can log into your PCC account on your phone and/or on your home computer.
Use your PCC username and password to 
  • Log on to PCC computers, like in the library
  • Read and write e-mails
  • Pay for classes or parking in MyPCC
  • Get food from the Panther Pantry. Make an account.
  • Log in to the library
  • Get tutoring. A tutor is like a teacher. You choose what you want to practice. Ask questions about homework, or practice a certain skills like speaking or writing.
In the computer lab, you sent me an e-mail with your information on B, page 13. Read your PCC e-mail for a reply from me!
You also practiced English on my website.
We reviewed the be-verb.
Monday is the Welcome Unit test. Prepare for the test. The test has listening, reading, be-verb (sentences, negative, contractions, questions). Yes/no questions, wh-questions and answers. Writing: capitalization, spelling, punctuation, word order.) Please come to class!

    2. Correct your quizzes. Do not erase. Write new words/sentences. (I will e-mail your quizzes).

    3. English in Action 2 Welcome Unit workbook packet

    6. Write me an e-mail from your PCC e-mail. Use the form on B, p. 13.

  2. New homework: Preview Unit 3: Home. Read the vocabulary and look at the pictures.
