5g: Loans and Contractual Agreements
Foundation Board Trustees may not incur debt or liability on behalf of the Foundation unless authorized by the Foundation Board. Trustees shall not be personally liable for the acts of the Foundation or its other Trustees when acting in compliance with the standards set forth in the Foundation Bylaws, and shall be entitled to indemnification as provided in the Bylaws.
