5h: Conflict of Interest – Annual Statement

  1. Members of the Portland Community College (PCC) Foundation Board of Directors are bound by the bylaws of the organization, including each individual’s pledge to avoid or disclose conflicts of interest between themselves and the organization.
  2. Trustees will disclose any entities (e.g, businesses, organizations, partnerships, corporations, etc.) in which they or any member of your immediate family have a material interest and from which they know PCC Foundation and/or Portland Community College secures any goods or services.
  3. Trustees will list matters, other than those having to do with other entities, which constitute actual, apparent, or potential conflicts of interest with your obligations to PCC Foundation.
  4. Conflict of interest forms will be signed annually.
