Here are the slides from today.
Today we reviewed the vocabulary again on p. 50: meaning, spelling pronunciation, syllables, stressed syllables.
We also reviewed the vocabulary on page 54 and did C, E and F on pages 54-55.
We finished class with the vocabulary for places in the community on page 56 and did B on page 56.
Homework for Wednesday:
1. Review the vocabulary. Do you know what the words mean? Can you say them? Can you spell them?
2. English in Action 2 Workbook packet: Write D, p. 22. can + verb. Write I on p. 25. Here is the link to listen. Choose “Workbook”. You can slow down the audio and repeat after the speaker.
3. Finish any late homework and corrections.
4. Bring your MyPCC username and password for the computer lab on Wednesday.
Come to class! Please get healthy and come to class. It will take longer to learn English and finish Level 2 if you miss a lot of classes. Remember you can join on Zoom if you need to.
